Past Projects

City of Vernon – Force Main Twinning

This project was comprised of directionally drilling 3,880m of a combination of 200mm HDPE DR17 conveyance pipe and 300mm HDPE DR11 force main from Okanagan Spring Brewery to Tronson Road. Project also included tie ins to the existing force main and installation of sanitary sewer force main air release/vacuum valves and chambers.

City of Fort St. John – High Lift Station Backup Power

This project comprised of the construction of an engineered fill berm structure and concrete pad including the supply, install and commissioning of a diesel-powered generator system. Generator to be installed in Spring 2021.

PRRD – Decommissioning of Bulky Pits at Transfer Stations

This project comprised of the construction of ramps and lock block retaining walls for the installation of 40-yard bulky material bins.  Project also included site grading, ditching and culvert installation.

Township of Spallumcheen – Culvert Replacements

Chapman Industries Ltd completed two culvert replacement projects for the Township of Spallumcheen Thirty meters of culvert was installed at Meighan Creek and about 44 meters of culvert was installed at Eagle Rock Brook. In addition to replacing the culverts, 3 concrete headwalls were also installed along with riprap revetment.

RDNO – Flood Mitigation at Mabel Lake Pump Station

This project comprised of civil works outside the Mable Lake Pump station including installation of a new lock block debris barrier wall.

RDNO – Gas Plant Condensate Drainage System Upgrade

This project comprised of the modification and upgrade of the condensate management system at the Greater Vernon Diversion and Disposal Facility to allow for the automatic discharge of collected condensate from the flare drip leg into the leachate pond.

RDNO – Highway 97 Waterworks Phase 1

This project comprised of 10 water services c/w connection to existing main, the relocation of 2 existing hydrants and two 200mm diam. water mains which extended out of HWY 97 to side streets.  Project also consisted of asphalt road and concrete curb, gutter & sidewalk restoration at the watermain and service installations.

City of Fort St John – 92A Street Phase 1 & 2

This project comprised of over 735 lm of full roadway reconstruction including street lighting, curb, gutter and sidewalk, and water, storm and sanitary sewer within the City.  The project also included replacement of a multi-use pathway with lighting and new sidewalks as well as 288lm of 800mm HDPE DR9 pipe via HDD.

City of Fort St John – 100th Street CN Crossing

This project involved tunneling a trenchless storm crossing under an active CN Railway to install 200m of 1500mm diameter storm main. 

City of Vernon – Kalamalka Lake Road Improvements

This project comprised of roadway improvements and multi-use pathway construction including storm sewer replacement. Coordination of street lighting, curbing/sidewalk and paving (subcontracted).

CSRD – Sunnybrae Waterworks Water Main Upgrades

This project involved the construction of a new pumphouse and water main upgrades for the Sunnybrae Waterworks, located in Tappen BC.  Construction included the construction of a pump house building, supply and installation of water main and appurtenances, storm sewer drain installation, decommissioning of existing infrastructure and road restoration. 

Okanagan Indian Band – Dumpsite Consolidation and Closure

This project comprised of the remediation of five existing dumpsites and 12 scattered dumpsites by consolidating the waste and closing the larger dumpsites so they can be returned to natural conditions.
